Job summary

Johnstone Supply is seeking a Material Handler/Driver to receive, fill, and ship products, drive routes, and maintain safe, efficient warehouse operations. The role requires a valid driver's license, forklift certification, and the ability to operate RF scanners and ERP systems.

You will help with inventory and ensure accurate deliveries to customers and store locations. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, route planning, paperwork, and maintaining equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year truck driving experience (26 ft vehicle or larger) or equivalent.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Operate delivery vehicles and power equipment safely (forklift, pallet jack, cherry picker).
• Load/unload trucks; verify deliveries; follow routes and schedules.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine inspections.
• Complete paperwork, manifests, and delivery proofs; communicate issues to supervisor.
• Assist in warehouse tasks such as receiving, picking, packing, and inventory counts.
