Job summary

Yourairexperts in Raleigh, NC is seeking a customer-focused Dispatcher to coordinate service calls and support our HVAC & plumbing technicians. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and great at problem-solving, we want to hear from you!

You’ll manage daily schedules, pre-call customers, and route service calls while keeping records up to date. Strong communication, multitasking, and ServiceTitan familiarity are highly valued.

• Familiarity with ServiceTitan (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily schedules and dispatch service technicians efficiently.
• Coordinate return service visits when parts arrive.
• Maintain the on-call schedule and keep customer records up to date.
• Communicate clearly with technicians, managers, and customers.
• Review, resolve, and close service tickets.
• Pre-call customers and route service calls effectively.
• Report any field issues to the Service Manager.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service updates.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage daily schedules and dispatch service technicians efficiently.
• Coordinate return service visits when parts arrive.
• Maintain the on-call schedule and keep customer records up to date.
• Communicate clearly with technicians, managers, and customers.
• Review, resolve, and close service tickets.
• Pre-call customers and route service calls effectively.

Pay & Schedule:

• Competitive Pay $55,000-$65,000 annually
• Work Location: On-site only
• Schedule:
  • Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM
  • One Saturday per month, 7:30 AM – 2 PM
  • Overtime Available, with commission from overtime shifts
