Job summary

ConServ Building Services is seeking a Commercial HVAC Dispatcher for an in-office role in Florida. The position supports field technicians, coordinates parts, and handles customer inquiries to ensure timely service and satisfaction.

The role requires strong organization, excellent customer service, and proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel. In-office hours are Monday–Friday, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; strong customer service skills are essential.
• Must be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Route and schedule field technicians to meet customer demands.
• Ensure parts needed are ordered and stocked for HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Field customer questions to ensure expectations are met.
• Update customer portals daily and maintain clear communication with the team.
• Collaborate with technicians and management to achieve goals.

Commercial HVAC Dispatcher

$23-$25/hour | Weekly Pay

Please note- this position is not a remote or hybrid role. Hours of operations are Monday to Friday in office, 7:30am to 4:30pm

What you will be doing:

• Route and schedule field technicians to meet customers demands’
• Ensure parts needed are ordered and stocked for various HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Field customer questions/calls to ensure expectations are met
• Update customer websites/portals on a daily basis
• Work with technicians and management utilizing teamwork to accomplish goals
• Ensure technicians needs are met daily
• Provide top level customer service to both external and internal customers.
