Job summary

ConServ Building Services in Cullman, AL seeks a Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Service Technician to service and repair commercial HVAC/R systems, including RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, and ice machines. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and complete repairs, and perform preventative maintenance.

We offer $28-$45/hour with weekly pay, a sign-on bonus up to $5,000, full benefits, a take-home company vehicle with gas card, PPE, uniforms, and a path to Lead Tech or management.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification is required or preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Commercial HVAC/R experience is preferred.
• Must be able to work independently.
• On-Call rotation is one week on and one week off.

Responsibilities

• Service & repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Work on RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, and ice machines.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and complete repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
