ConServ Building Services, LLC in Largo, FL is hiring an HVAC Dispatcher to coordinate field technicians and parts logistics from our office. The role emphasizes customer service, organization, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Route and schedule field technicians to meet customers' demands.
• Ensure parts needed are ordered and stocked for HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Field customer questions to ensure expectations are met.
• Update customer websites/portals daily.
• Collaborate with technicians and management to achieve goals.
• Ensure technicians' needs are met daily.
• Provide top-level customer service to external and internal customers.

Please note- this position is not a remote or hybrid role. Hours of operations are Monday to Friday in office, 7:30am to 4:30pm
