Job summary

ConServ Building Services, LLC in Largo, FL is seeking a Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Service Technician to service and repair a range of HVAC and refrigeration systems in commercial settings.

You will work on RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, and ice machines, diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and support on-call rotations while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Commercial HVAC/R experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently.
• On-call rotation: 1 day per week, 1 weekend per month.

Responsibilities

• Service & repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Work on RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and complete repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
