GV's Heating & Cooling in Glenview, IL is looking to hire a full-time HVAC Dispatcher to act as the liaison between our customers and our technicians. Are you a people person? This heating and cooling dispatch position earns a competitive wage of $25 - $30 per hour, depending on experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC DISPATCHER

In this entry-level HVAC Dispatcher position, you play a vital role in the operations of our office as you work with our customers and dispatch our technicians. Every day, you cheerfully answer incoming phone calls from clients. Using your knowledge of heating and cooling systems, you respond to each customer's questions and concerns. If you don't have the answers the client is looking for, you direct the phone call to the appropriate person. Always highly organized, you schedule appointments for services and consultations. Additionally, you follow up with past clients to ensure that their systems are satisfactory. You get great satisfaction from helping our customers live more comfortable lives!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency with computers
• Ability to use or learn ServiceTitan software
• Customer service skills
