Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily scheduling and dispatch of HVAC technicians.
• Log and manage warranty calls and coordinate with project managers.
• Prepare and review quotes for HVAC and mechanical work.
• Enter and manage quotes in ServiceTitan and follow up on open quotes.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and internal teams.
