Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians based on location, availability, and urgency.
• Coordinate updates with technicians and customers.
• Handle emergency and priority service calls.
• Maintain accurate records in service software.
• Collaborate with Service Managers and Customer Service Representatives to resolve scheduling issues.
