Job summary

Nextech is seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher in Tampa to serve as the linchpin between field technicians and customers. You will coordinate real-time schedules, manage service requests, and ensure timely, accurate communications and updates across teams.

In this role you’ll verify check-ins, ensure parts and POs are on hand, and support regional managers with new calls. The ideal candidate excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced HVAC/R service environment.

• Previous dispatch experience in service industries preferred.
• High-level computer skills, especially in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules and manage service requests to align field teams and customers.
• Manage real-time dispatch boards and ensure up-to-date technician schedules.
• Communicate service updates and changes to technicians and management.
• Track service history, updates, and customer communications.
• Coordinate daily schedules for efficiency and timely completion.
• Verify technician check-ins/outs and IVR compliance.
• Ensure technicians have correct parts and POs.
• Provide support to internal teams and customers with professionalism and urgency.
• Collaborate with Regional Service Managers to schedule new calls.
• Handle data entry, purchasing, and regional support.
