Zenner & Ritter is seeking a full-time HVAC Tech in Buffalo, NY. You'll diagnose and repair air conditioning systems, providing exceptional customer service in a supportive environment. Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC residential experience required.
• Clean driver’s license necessary.

• Boiler experience and the ability to read schematics are preferred.
• Universal EPA certification is preferred.

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY AS AN HVAC TECH ENTAIL?

Our service schedule runs 7:30 am to 5 pm, with opportunities for overtime to boost earnings. On‑call shifts provide crucial support when customers need you most.

Each day starts early as you head to your first service call, greet the customer warmly, and listen carefully to their concerns. With tools in hand, you diagnose, pinpoint the issue, and explain the repair process clearly. Customers appreciate your expertise and professionalism as you complete the job, ensuring everything works perfectly and leaving the space spotless. Before heading to your next call, you update your notes, feeling accomplished. This air conditioning service position brings new challenges, but your skills and dedication make each moment rewarding.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO BE OUR HVAC TECH?
