Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design complex HVAC systems for projects.
• Prepare 2D/3D construction documents using Revit.
• Design automatic temperature control systems with sequences, diagrams, and points lists.
• Prepare energy modeling studies for LEED certification.
• Coordinate design efforts with in-house disciplines, architectural clients and building owners.
• Plan project production process.
• Perform contract administration duties such as site visits, submittal reviews and contractor assistance.
