Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is partnering with a top MEP Consulting Engineering firm to recruit a Design Engineer with HVAC and mechanical aptitude. The candidate will design systems and develop construction documents using Revit MEP and AutoCAD.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering with 2+ years' HVAC design experience and demonstrates strong collaboration skills. EIT/PE is a plus; healthcare or mission-critical project experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of mechanical/HVAC design or engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment selection, and mechanical design principles.
• Experience developing construction documents and design drawings.
• Familiarity with applicable building codes and industry standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, architects, and project teams.
• EIT certification or PE license is a plus.
• Experience with healthcare, commercial, mission-critical, or other complex building projects is a plus.
