H. T. PROF Group in Appleton, WI is seeking a Mechanical Engineer with HVAC design expertise for a direct-hire, on-site role. You will blend technical system design with active client consultation, reporting to the Director of Business Development.

The position offers a base salary up to $160,000 plus a full benefits package, clear advancement paths to Lead Engineer or Chief Engineer, and a stable, debt-free industry leader culture.

Formación

• BSME or PE or licensed HVAC designer required.
• 3+ years HVAC design experience.
• Strong AutoCAD/Revit and Excel skills.
• Excellent client communication and presentation abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Scope & feasibility analysis to determine project scope and propose HVAC solutions.
• Design high-performance HVAC systems for commercial and industrial facilities.
• Execute load calculations, air distribution sizing, boiler/chiller plant design.
• Develop schematic designs and CAD/Revit models for bidding.
• Draft technical proposal letters and present concepts to owners and contractors.
• Coordinate drawings and plan reviews to ensure code compliance.
