Qualifications

• BSME or PE or licensed HVAC designer required.
• 3+ years HVAC design experience.
• Strong AutoCAD/Revit and Excel skills.
• Excellent client communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Scope & feasibility analysis to determine project scope and propose HVAC solutions.
• Design high-performance HVAC systems for commercial and industrial facilities.
• Execute load calculations, air distribution sizing, boiler/chiller plant design.
• Develop schematic designs and CAD/Revit models for bidding.
• Draft technical proposal letters and present concepts to owners and contractors.
• Coordinate drawings and plan reviews to ensure code compliance.
