Job summary

undefined is seeking a Driver/Warehouse Associate in Winterville, NC to manage inventory and perform daily delivery of HVAC freight and materials. You will assist with loading/unloading, stock merchandise, verify orders, and provide excellent customer service to customers and vendors.

This full-time role requires 21+ years old, valid box truck experience, safety focus, and ability to work Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays. CDL-B is a plus; forklift experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• Minimum 24 months of verifiable experience driving a 16’ minimum box truck.
• Ability to multi-task and meet daily deadlines.
• Knowledge of LTL and full truckload logistics.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Proven commitment to safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Daily loading and unloading of products.
• Assist with delivering and transporting HVAC freight and materials to customers.
• Receive, inspect and stock all merchandise.
• Verify all items received against orders for accuracy.
• Pick and verify orders for customers and prepare shipments.
• Maintain daily truck and forklift checklists and times.
• Provide excellent customer service to external customers.
• Keep grounds and warehouse neat, safe and organized.
• Read orders and shipping documents to determine items to move.
