Job summary

Baker Distributing Company seeks a dependable HVAC Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate to safely deliver HVAC products and support warehouse operations. You will provide excellent customer service, manage daily loading/unloading, and help maintain inventory and adherence to safety protocols.

The role requires at least 1 year of truck driving experience, a DOT medical certificate, and strong communication skills. CDL is a plus; forklift/pallet jack experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• DOT medical certificate required prior to employment.
• CDL licenses are highly desirable.
• Truck driving experience (min 1 year).
• Proficiency with warehouse tasks including inventory and loading/unloading.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HVAC products safely and efficiently to customers.
• Maintain and operate warehouse between deliveries.
• Assist in inventory counts and order picking.
• Collect invoices with signatures and return to Sales Center Manager.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE as required.
• Maintain clean, organized truck and workspace.
