Job summary

Baker Distributing is seeking a Driver Warehouse Associate to deliver HVAC products and support warehouse operations. You will ensure safe, on-time deliveries while delivering strong customer service and professional conduct.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, inventory counts, and maintaining truck readiness. CDL is desirable; DOT requirements apply. This role interacts with customers and internal teams to ensure accuracy and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum 1 year of truck driving experience.
• Box Truck delivery experience.
• CDL license is highly desirable. DOT medical certificate required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Baker Distributing as a leader in the industry.
• Daily loading and unloading of products for delivery to customers or other Sales Centers.
• Collect invoices with proper signatures and return to Sales Center Manager.
• Assist in the Warehouse with inventory counts, picking and verifying orders.
