Job summary

Baker Distributing Company seeks a qualified HVAC Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate to deliver HVAC products and support warehouse operations. You will represent the company, ensure on-time deliveries, and uphold safety standards with PPE and equipment handling.

The role requires customer-focused service, basic inventory tasks, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. CDL is desirable, and forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum 1 year truck driving experience.
• A valid DOT medical certificate is required prior to employment.
• CDL licenses are highly desirable.
• Warehouse experience, including forklift/appliance lift, is a plus.
• Strong customer service mindset with problem-solving and relationship-building.
• Ability to communicate in English to comply with safety standards and training.

Responsibilities

• Represent Baker Distributing Company as a leader in the industry.
• Daily loading and unloading of products for delivery to customers and/or other Sales Centers.
• Collect invoices with proper signatures and return to SalesCenter Manager.
• Assist in Warehouse with inventory counts, picking and verifying orders.
• Maintain truck maintenance checklists and report times with returns.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE as required.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and keep truck/workspace clean.
