Johnstone Supply | Balsan Group is hiring a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate in Portsmouth, NH. The role begins at $22–$24 per hour with bonus opportunities and a clear career path.

You will safely operate a 26-ft box truck to deliver HVAC equipment, ensure on-time deliveries, load and unload materials, and maintain accurate delivery records. In the warehouse, you’ll pick/pack orders with RF scanners, stock inventory, and assist with loading and unloading.

Qualifications

• Experience driving 26-ft box trucks is required or strongly preferred.
• DOT experience or willingness to work under DOT standards.
• Warehouse and delivery experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HVAC equipment and parts safely using a 26-ft box truck; ensure on-time deliveries.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload materials; perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain delivery paperwork (receipts, logs, confirmations) and represent the company professionally.
• Pick, pack, and stage orders using RF scanners; receive, inspect, and stock inventory.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks (forklifts, pallet jacks) and support inventory accuracy.
