Johnstone Supply | Balsan Group is hiring a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate in Pennsylvania. You will safely operate a 26-ft box truck to deliver HVAC equipment, ensure on-time deliveries, load/unload, and perform pre-trip inspections.

You will support warehouse tasks with RF scanning, inventory checks, and loading equipment. A valid license, ability to lift 75+ lbs, and DOT experience or willingness to work under DOT standards are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience driving 26-ft box trucks (required or strongly preferred).
• DOT experience or willingness to work under DOT standards.
• Warehouse and delivery experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 26-ft box truck to deliver HVAC equipment and parts.
• Ensure on-time deliveries to customers and job sites.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload materials safely.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues promptly.
• Maintain delivery paperwork (receipts, logs, confirmations).
• Represent the company professionally at every stop.
