Johnstone Supply | Balsan Group is seeking a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate in Massachusetts. You will safely operate a 26-ft box truck to deliver HVAC equipment, ensure on-time deliveries, and support warehouse operations with RF scanning, stocking, and loading/unloading.

Qualifications

• Experience operating 26-ft box trucks (required or strongly preferred).
• Willingness to work under DOT standards orDOT experience preferred.
• Warehouse and delivery experience required or highly desirable.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform material handling.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 26-ft box truck to deliver HVAC equipment and parts.
• Ensure accurate, on-time deliveries to customers and job sites.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload materials safely.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues promptly.
• Maintain delivery paperwork (receipts, logs, confirmations).
• Represent the company professionally at every stop and foster customer relationships.
