Johnstone Supply | Balsan Group is seeking a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate in Portsmouth, NH. Start pay is $22–$24 per hour with bonus opportunities. You will deliver HVAC equipment, load and unload shipments, and support warehouse operations in a fast-paced team setting.

Role requires experience driving 26-ft box trucks, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift 75+ lbs. Benefits include PTO, 401(k) with match, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience driving 26-ft box trucks (required or strongly preferred).
• DOT experience or willingness to work under DOT standards.
• Warehouse and delivery experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 26-ft box truck to deliver HVAC equipment and parts.
• Ensure accurate, on-time deliveries to customers and job sites.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload materials safely.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues promptly.
• Maintain delivery paperwork (receipts, logs, confirmations).
• Represent the company professionally at every stop—customer relationships matter here.
