Job summary

Baker Distributing in Harrisburg, PA is seeking an HVAC Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate. You will safely deliver HVAC products to customers and perform loading/unloading, while representing the company with strong customer service.

Daily duties include transporting goods between locations, assisting with warehouse inventory, maintaining truck and PPE, and ensuring safety protocols. CDL preferred; DOT medical certificate required; 21+.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum 1-year truck driving experience.
• Box Truck delivery experience.
• A DOT medical certificate is required prior to employment.
• CDL licenses are highly desirable.
• Warehouse experience including forklift/appliance lift is a plus.
• Must be able to communicate in English and provide good customer service.

Responsibilities

• Daily loading and unloading of products for delivery to customers and Sales Centers.
• Safely and efficiently delivering HVAC products to customers.
• Collect invoices with signatures and return to Sales Center Manager.
• Assist in the Warehouse with inventory counts and order verification.
• Maintain daily truck checklist and report in/out times with returns.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and wear PPE as required.
• Operate truck and warehouse equipment following guidelines.
• Maintain clean and organized truck and workspace.
