Job summary

Watsco is seeking a dedicated Driver to load, deliver, and transport HVAC freight for customers within a defined region. You will also assist in the warehouse, collect invoices, and maintain daily truck checks to ensure safety and accuracy.

The role requires 21+ years, a clean driving record, DOT physical, and a willingness to learn and grow with the company. Full-time position with a focus on reliability and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 24 months of verifiable, current experience driving a 22’ minimum box truck.
• Possess a clean driving record with no more than one moving violation per year.
• Pass DOT physical examination requirements and pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide superior service.
• Must be 21 years or older with strong attention to detail and safety.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products for delivery in the assigned region.
• Collect invoices with signatures and return to Sales Center Manager.
• Assist warehouse with inventory counts, picking, and verifying orders.
• Maintain daily truck maintenance checklist and report times.
• Adhere to all safety requirements including PPE.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
