Job summary

Watsco in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Driver/Warehouse Associate to manage inventory and daily delivery of HVAC freight and materials. The role aims to procure, process, dispatch and deliver products to customers and vendors for a leading HVAC distributorship.

You'll load/unload daily, assist with deliveries, receive and stock merchandise, verify orders, prepare shipments, and maintain truck and forklift checks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 24 months of verifiable experience driving a 22' minimum box truck or stake bed truck.

Responsibilities

• Daily loading and unloading of products.
• Deliver and transport HVAC freight and materials to customers.
• Receive, inspect, and stock merchandise.
• Verify items received against orders for accuracy.
• Pick and prepare orders for shipment.
• Collect invoices with signatures and return to Sales Center Manager.
• Maintain daily truck and forklift checklists.
• Assist with inventory control and warehouse maintenance.
• Read orders and determine items to move or ship.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Keep grounds and warehouse neat, safe, and organized.
• Adhere to safety requirements and wear PPE.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
