Job summary

Johnstone Supply, North America's leading HVACR distributor, is seeking a full‑time Driver in San Antonio, TX. You will transport products to customers and store locations, load/unload, verify deliveries, and maintain the vehicle per safety standards.

A valid license and DOT awareness are required; forklift experience and HVAC knowledge are a plus. We value customer service, accuracy, and teamwork as you support warehouse operations and route execution.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma/GED; 1+ years of truck driving experience (26 ft vehicle or larger) or 1 year operating Johnstone equipment/vehicles under supervision; or equivalent.
• Preferred: forklift certification; CDL; knowledge of HVAC wholesale industry; OSHA and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintains positive relationships with customers by providing exceptional service including accurate and timely delivery.
• Drives, routes, loads/unloads, and verifies deliveries against orders and manifests.
• Operates company vehicles and equipment per DOT and company standards; performs routine inspections.
• Maintains vehicle cleanliness and completes associated paperwork and logs.
• Communicates issues to supervisor promptly and follows delivery instructions.
• Shares day-to-day warehouse responsibilities when not driving; may perform on-site inventory tasks.
