Armstrong Comfort Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative 1 to join their Western PA team. The role supports homeowners and commercial clients, schedules service appointments, and coordinates with technicians from 9:30am to 6:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or related field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software for record-keeping and data management.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of HVAC or plumbing systems (preferred but not required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and service-related questions.
