Armstrong Comfort Solutions in Western PA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to homeowners and commercial clients. You will handle inquiries, schedule appointments, and coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely follow-up and satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience, strong communication, and comfort with record-keeping software. HVAC or plumbing knowledge is a plus; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or related field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle inquiries effectively.
• Proficiency in computer systems and data management.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of HVAC or plumbing systems preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels
• Assist customers with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and service-related questions

Serving homes and commercial businesses in Western PA, Armstrong Comfort Solutions provides a full line of heating, cooling and plumbing services. Working with all the major manufacturers, we create competitive solutions to any plumbing, heating or cooling need. • Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 6:30pm
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels
