DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company in Coatesville, PA is recruiting a full-time HVAC Customer Service Rep to deliver world-class customer service to our clients. Several flexible working schedules are available for full time.

Our Customer Service Reps earn an hourly wage of $18.00 to $22.00/hr and are eligible for extensive benefits. Join a growing local company in an essential industry with weekends and evenings free.

Qualifications

• At least two (2) years of related experience in the HVAC Industry AND/OR customer service training OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to multi-task required.
• High school diploma or GED
• Can type at least 50 WPM
• Computer and MS Office Suite proficiency
• Have a positive personality
• Phone Etiquette
• Ability to problem solve
• Independently prioritize tasks based on importance

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and resolve customer issues.
• Assist with a variety of office tasks and keep the office organized.
• Interact with clients daily and participate in customer service training and software use
