Customer Service Representative (Full‑Time)

Christianson Air Conditioning & Plumbing – Round Rock, TX

Responsibilities

You will work with the CSR team to schedule customers, resolve customer complaints, dispatch service technicians, and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Ideal Candidate: very organized, strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), strong attention to detail, excellent time‑management and communication skills, reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC or construction industry.
• Spanish proficiency (preferred).
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and overtime, and to participate in on‑call rotations.

• Monday‑Friday
• On‑call

Location

Commute to Round Rock, TX 78664, or must be willing to relocate before starting work.

Compensation

Job Type: Full‑time
Pay: $19.00 – $24.00 per hour with significant additional pay for being on call, working nights, weekends, and holidays.
