Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2–4 years of office experience with customer interactions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Effective English communication, verbal and written.
• Valid driver’s license; able to work overtime and some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Answers phones, schedules customers and assists with inquiries.
• Provides customer services related to sales, promotions, installations and communications.
• Takes inbound/outbound calls, processes credit cards, offers service plans, schedules appointments and processes refunds.
• Manages data entry through emails, texts and other tools to route manpower and resources.
• Occasionally makes outbound calls for permits/inspections and reschedules services.
• Maintains positive customer relations and resolves customer claims and complaints per consumer laws.
• Informs customers about location initiatives and educates them as needed.
• Proposes improvements based on customer surveys and feedback; follows company policies and safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
