Job summary

Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Houston to support customer needs and collaborate with field staff and management. The role emphasizes strong communication and service-oriented interactions in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

2-4 years in an office setting with 20%+ daily duties assisting customers by phone.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (1+ year).
Must be able to communicate in English effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Valid driver’s license required.
Ability to work overtime with little notice; weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

Answers phones, schedules customers and assists customers with inquiries.
Provides customer services relating to sales, promotions, installations and communications.
Takes inbound/outbound calls, processes payments, offers service plans, schedules appointments, processes refunds.
Performs data entry and routes resources using emails, texts and other tools.
Makes outbound calls for permits/inspections and reschedules services as needed.
Maintains good customer relations and resolves complaints in line with consumer laws.
Follows location initiatives and educates customers accordingly.
Proposes improvements based on customer surveys.
Follows all company policies and safety procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
