Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical field with 4+ years of related experience.
• Strong engineering knowledge and ability to lead cross-functional projects.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic CAD skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new products and product improvements.
• Provide technical leadership in cross-functional processes.
• Lead projects as technical or overall project manager as appropriate.
• Evaluate designs and cost improvements to improve competitiveness.
• Prototype and test designs, using DOE for complex problems.
• Coordinate procurement of materials for prototypes and model changes.
• Support marketing with data-driven product analyses and presentations.
• Facilitate cross-functional design reviews and collaboration.
