gemairedistributors is seeking a Counter Sales Warehouse Associate to support sales counters and daily warehouse operations. You will handle orders, assist customers, and ensure accurate picking and stocking to keep the showroom and warehouse running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a Counter Sales or Customer Service role, preferably in HVAC.
• Proven success in sales and providing excellent customer service.
• Strong interpersonal, problem solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet goals.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Interact with internal and outside sales people, vendors and contractors.
• Showroom merchandising and re-stocking product.
• Assist in resolving customer relations problems with dealers and end users.
• Complete sales order process for customers with upsell opportunities.
• Daily loading and unloading of products.
• Receive, inspect and stock all merchandise.
• Verify received items against orders for accuracy.
• Pick and verify orders for customers; prepare for shipment as needed.
• Assist with physical inventory and inventory control.
• Maintain grounds and warehouse in a neat, safe condition.
• Wear appropriate PPE and adhere to safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
