Job summary

AC Pro is seeking a customer service-focused associate for its Phoenix location. The role involves greeting customers, answering questions about HVAC products, processing orders, and maintaining accurate customer data. You will support sales initiatives, resolve complaints, and help sustain a high standard of service.

The position offers a morning shift with pay starting at $24.00–$28.00 per hour (DOE). Pre-employment drug screen and eligibility to work in the U.S. are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide information and assistance to customers, vendors and the public.
• Respond to questions about products and their applications with timely, accurate information.
• Initiate sales orders and process warranties and credit returns.
• Suggest products and alternatives to meet customer needs and complete orders.
• Select appropriate products from stock and assist with billing issues.
• Maintain customer databases and update records accurately.
• Assist with and help resolve customer complaints and promote branch sales.
• Keep displays orderly and aligned with company standards.
