Responsibilities include processing orders, answering questions, maintaining catalogs, and coordinating with warehouse staff. A strong HVAC background and customer focus are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge and experience required.
• Counter sales experience preferred.
• Familiarity with industry rules and regulations.
• Result driven and customer focused.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek opportunities to help customers.
• Locate and obtain ordered products for customers.
• Assist in handling defective parts and warranty information.
• Process approved credits for customers when products are returned.
• Address questions about product, pricing and availability.
• Maintain up-to-date product catalogs and remove expired ones.
• Safely move products of varying weights as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Answer telephone calls professionally.
• Accurately input and fill customer orders.
• Read and identify numbers for accurate order filling.
