Job summary

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, respond to customer emails, and assist walk-in customers.
• Write up, process, collect, and distribute orders for customers.
• Assist with warehouse operations by analyzing low-stock situations, assisting in stock replenishment, and maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Managing and resolving customer issues will be your contribution to a high-performance branch operation.
• Occasionally drive to other branches and participate on rotation for 24/7 on-call as needed.
