Job summary

Vertiv Group Corporation is seeking a Cooling CE to install, commission, and service Liebert Air products on-site in the Red Oak, Texas area. You will build strong customer rapport, communicate with regional offices, and perform scheduled and emergency maintenance.

Responsibilities include on-site and phone support, coordinating with national tech teams, and ensuring safety and proper documentation. Travel and varying schedules may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• HVAC certificate program or equivalent experience in the field.
• EPA refrigerant license preferred or required.
• Six years of military experience in a related field is valued.

Responsibilities

• Render on-site and phone assistance to customers.
• Communicate with National Technical Support on equipment issues.
• Perform maintenance and servicing per guidelines.
• Implement Field Change Notices per guidelines.
• Maintain certifications per job requirements.
• Provide accurate reporting and documentation.
