Vertiv is seeking a Cooling CE to perform installation, commissioning, and scheduled/emergency service on Liebert Air products. You will maintain rapport with customers, coordinate with area offices, and report in a timely manner.

The role requires safety adherence, ability to work under supervision or independently, and strong communication across teams and customers. Travel is required, with on-site service emphasis in Raleigh, NC.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• HVAC certificate or equivalent experience in the field.
• Six years military experience or equivalent in the field.
• EPA refrigerant license required.
• Basic electrical knowledge essential.
• Strong interpersonal and professional skills.

Responsabilidades

• Render on-site and phone assistance to customers.
• Communicate with National Technical Support on equipment issues.
• Perform work according to company guidelines for scheduled maintenance.
• Implement Field Change Notices per guidelines.
• Maintain safety bulletins and field notices.
