Qualifications

• Five years journey-level experience with pneumatic and DDC instrumentation and control systems.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer without sponsorship.
• Demonstrated communication skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve electronic and pneumatic controls systems for HVAC in university buildings.
• Lead work teams across maintenance disciplines to resolve complex control system problems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibrate controls and sensors.
• Renovate and upgrade control systems to improve HVAC efficiency and building comfort.
• Provide timely customer service and update supervisors on work order status.
