Baptist Health in Clay is seeking an HVAC Controls Technician to install, program, troubleshoot, calibrate, and maintain HVAC control and building automation systems across facilities. This role supports reliable operation, energy efficiency, and proper temperature, humidity, and air quality in patient care, clinical, and administrative areas.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC controls, BAS experience.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing HVAC control systems.
• Experience with BAS, controllers, sensors, actuators, and thermostats.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsabilités

• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance of HVAC equipment and BAS.
• Diagnose system issues and respond to alarms promptly.
• Collaborate with Plant Facilities team on upgrades and projects.
• Maintain documentation of service activities and configurations.
• Provide training and support to staff on proper system usage.
