Job summary

Comfort Systems USA Shoffner is seeking an HVAC Controls Technician to join the Knoxville service team. You will perform maintenance and troubleshooting on commercial/industrial control systems, install conduit and wiring per drawings, and support BAS operations on job sites.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of HVAC controls experience, electrical know-how, and strong computer skills; Tridium N4 certification is preferred or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years of HVAC controls or commercial HVAC service experience.
• Electrical experience with willingness to learn HVAC controls.
• Tridium N4 certification or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting in commercial/industrial settings.
• Install conduit, pull wire, and terminate controls per drawings.
• Read controls drawings and install BAS systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on controls.
• Document daily work on mobile or computer devices.
• Operate company vehicle for service calls in territory.
