Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Texas or New Mexico driver’s license and be insurable by the district.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, preventive, emergency, and routine maintenance of electronic controls for HVAC and refrigeration systems; prioritize tasks and refer complex problems to supervisor.
• Analyze, program, and repair energy management systems; monitor building control units and related equipment.
• Read blueprints and schematics; prepare materials lists and field layouts; oversee third-party installations.
