You will lead with accountability, safety, and integrity, ensuring the team delivers dependable results for customers and the business. You will stay close to the work, remove obstacles quickly, and keep focus on the activities that most affect service quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will coach consistently through monthly one‑on‑ones, clear performance expectations, operational reviews, and development plans. You will use business plans, branch workforce management tools, and operational data to track performance and make practical improvements. You will work closely with sales, branch, and region resources to support opportunities, surface market potential, and align field execution with business direction. You will build a culture of continuous improvement by reviewing processes, auditing effectiveness, and making timely changes when performance can be improved. You will win as one team by collaborating across functions, sharing standard processes, and valuing different perspectives in decision‑making. You will ensure contractual obligations are completed and that HVAC standards are followed consistently across the assigned business.
$76,100-104,600 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This role offers a competitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual, group, and corporate performance. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
