This role is responsible for leading assigned field technicians while also contributing directly to HVAC controls service work. You will help plan and coordinate service activities, support troubleshooting and commissioning, and ensure customer sites are serviced safely, accurately, and on time.
Take ownership of outcomes with safety, integrity, and accountability in every service interaction. Stay close to the work, understand customer priorities, and remove obstacles that delay field execution. Use clear communication and practical problem-solving to support technicians, customers, and internal partners. Improve every day by reviewing service results, learning from issues, and tightening processes. Win as one team by building trust, sharing knowledge, and aligning service, sales, and operations around shared goals.
$36-50 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
