Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Solutions Consultant to collaborate with internal teams and craft technical sales solutions for clients. You’ll develop proposals, SOWs, and cost estimates, while evaluating new technologies for inclusion in the BAS platform.

The role requires strong communication, project management, and knowledge of IT infrastructures and Niagara/N4 components. Travel up to 40% may be required as you coordinate with business development and support staff to deliver complete solutions and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
• HVAC and Niagara knowledge required.
• Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Assist proposal generation with cross-functional teams.
• Develop cost estimates using pricing tools.
• Create SOWs with technical descriptions and architectures.
• Research connectivity options for subsystems in BAS platform.
