Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Solutions Consultant to design and present sales solutions. You will work with internal teams and external partners on proposals, develop cost estimates, and craft technical content describing architectures and comparisons. The role requires HVAC and Niagara knowledge, strong math skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Travel up to 40% is required. Bachelor's degree with 2–5 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2–5 years of relevant experience; in lieu of a degree, experience + education will be considered.
• HVAC and Niagara knowledge required.
• Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply judgment and precedents.
• Advanced math skills for calculating percentages, fractions, and other financial figures.

Responsibilities

• Support sales functions and strategic goals on special projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for proposal generation.
• Develop cost estimates using company guidelines and pricing tools.
• Create proposal content with technical descriptions, architectures, and comparisons.
• Research connectivity options for sub-systems to integrate into the BAS platform.
• Develop SOW content and provide to BD team with technical details.
• Perform site walk evaluations to scope work.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Act as the local software expert for BDMs and staff.
