Job summary

QUANTUM BUILDING SOLUTIONS, INC. is seeking a driven HVAC Controls Salesperson to grow our building automation business in the Dallas–Fort Worth market.

You will develop relationships with mechanical contractors, general contractors, and building owners, and turn opportunities into won projects. The role demands 3+ years of HVAC controls sales experience and a solid technical understanding of DDC/BAS systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in HVAC controls, building automation, or commercial HVAC.
• Technical understanding of DDC / BAS systems and HVAC equipment.
• Ability to read mechanical plans and develop estimates.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for controls installation, retrofit, and service work.
• Build and maintain relationships with mechanical contractors, GCs, engineers, and building owners.
• Review plans and specifications, estimate projects, and prepare proposals.
• Present solutions and close controls projects and service agreements.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting.
• Work with operations to ensure smooth handoff of sold projects.
