Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience installing HVAC controls, low‑voltage systems, or commercial electrical systems
• Experience installing BAS/BMS field devices, control panels, sensors, and controllers is preferred
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and construction drawings
• Familiarity with HVAC equipment and mechanical systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Install BAS/BMS control panels, sensors, thermostats, actuators, and field devices
• Run and terminate low‑voltage control wiring for HVAC equipment
• Install conduit, cable trays, and control devices according to project drawings
• Assist with startup, point‑to‑point checkout, and commissioning of control systems
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical plans
• Coordinate with electricians, HVAC installers, and controls programmers to complete projects efficiently
• Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and applicable codes
