Job summary

IKM Building Solutions, Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager for HVAC Controls to coordinate construction and maintenance projects in Wisconsin. You will lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution to meet scope, time, and budget targets.

Responsibilities include overseeing RFPs, cost tracking, and client communications while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Hybrid in-office and field work in West Allis or Madison, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Proven track record of managing construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, P&IDs, codes, and standards.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, budgeting, and execution of construction and maintenance projects. You will play a key role in the conceptual development, scheduling, and successful implementation of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
• Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, construction sites, and loud environments.
